Penelope Carter!

Meet miss Penelope Carter! This little peanut is so beautiful and has such an amazing personality! I had so much fun running around with her and her fantastic (and pregnant!) mommy, Liz. Penny is so excited to become a big sister - and I can't wait to photograph their newest addition!
